This hotel was centrally located to everything. You can just hop on Charing Cross and be off to all the tourist attractions! The hotel room was spotless and fit the 4 of us comfortably. The only thing I would say was that the staff was not able to accommodate us with an early check-in, we know it’s not guaranteed but we did see a plethora of other individuals being checked-in early. Coming off a flight, it would have been nice to take a quick shower. There is a restroom located in the lobby to freshen up & they will store your luggage until your room is ready. They have complimentary water bottles, espresso, and snacks in the room. Which was a nice touch!

Loved staying here! It was my first time in London and this couldn’t have been a better hotel to pick! It was a short walk or tube ride away from everything we wanted to see. Front desk staff was very helpful! Loved the room and complimentary snacks drinks. A must stay when visiting London!

Great location and friendly staff!

The staff was very friendly and we were able to check into both our rooms when we arrived early. The only drawback is a couple of the twin beds that mattresses were slightly lumpy but didn’t really bother us as we were tired from our full days out and about! You can not beat this location! We would stay here again.

Great service and lovely hotel

This is an amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms and right in the centre of everything. Stayed for a business celebration and was upgraded to a huge room with complimentary drinks, bar, snacks. Gorgeous claw foot bath. The bar here is first class and they make the most amazing cocktails. Food is first class and service excellent. You can hear the underground trains but it’s nothing that would disturb you - I find it quite relaxing.
