Absolutely loved Clermont charring cross. Service was excellent. Hotel is beautiful. Room was perfect- large in size and very comfortable. Room had a complimentary mini bar stocked with water , sodas, snacks - huge plus for me Mostly hotel is in a GREAT location in the heart of London with walkable access to many iconic sites- Trafalgar Square, covent garden, south bank London eye , Big Ben , Westminster, Buckingham palace Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location, comfortable accommodations

We had a great time. Room was comfortable, large bathroom, free water and snacks, staff was very friendly, breakfast buffet was great (mix of traditional english and american). Fantastic locatio, theatre was maybe a 15 minute walk, train station right there (could hear the trains occasionally, but not that bad). Overall i would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing Experience During a Difficult Time We experienced a last-minute flight cancellation on the day of our checkout, which was already stressful as I was traveling with a toddler and my pregnant wife. Unfortunately, the hotel staff showed no empathy or understanding of our situation. Instead of offering support or flexibility, we were repeatedly contacted and pressured to pay extra charges for each additional hour we stayed. The lack of compassion and hospitality was truly disheartening, especially given the circumstances. I expected more from a hotel of this standard.

The Clermont Hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location in London, and was very family friendly. The staff treated our family with great service, my daughter loved it. The room was clean, quiet and large enough to accommodate our 3 person family. There was a nice tub for our daughter, and the pull out bed was comfortable. We loved how walkable the hotel was- the metro station couldn’t be closer, there was good food around, and everything was a very short walk. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everyone was very nice, great area to stay in London. Me and and my family loved how close it was to a tube so we could travel with little hassle also the number 9 bus that hit a lot of spots we wanted to go was right in front of the hotel. Very great location. Breakfast was also great every morning. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to London.

We had such an excellent visit! The Clermont’s location is unmatched….so close to public transportation and central to many, many areas within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was beautiful!

The hotels in an excellent location. It’s close to all the major sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a wonderful job of keeping the room clean and stocked with lovely snacks. The breakfast options were extensive and the staff attentive. An area for improvement is the fact that they only have accessible rooms for 2 people. If you are a family and need a bigger room and walk-in shower they WILL NOT provide a shower chair. It is against hotel policy. This makes it very difficult for families to support someone with a disability.
