Qua ligging top met het openbaar vervoer. Tapijt in de kamer en krakende vloeren. Badkamer zeer 1920. Voor de rest schoon. Nog een keer boeken? Als het tapijt weg is en de badkamer verbouwd is dan zeer zeker. Personeel vriendelijk.

The staff were very friendly, and the lobby/dining area looks nice. However, the room looks really old and very different from the photos. The heating was not working, the floor was making a squeaky sound, the soundproofing was poor, and the floor was not clean.

Everything was good, except for no availability of amenity goods. I should have checked in advance and brought a toothbrush and a sleeping wear, at least. A phone line to the front desk wasn't there, either, and I wonder if I could do better if I walked down to the desk.

The room was gloomy and depressive, internal with a window looking at an air shaft. The hotel was dated which is a shame because it has big public rooms and could have been made into something wonderful. The photos do not reflect the reality. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The housekeeping was also good and location was great. The hotel staff was very nice,

Beautiful hotel lovely period building so pleased they have kept many original features. the staff were brilliant. check in easy. lovely place to relax overlooking Hyde Park, in which we enjoyed great walks and coffee and the hotel made our dog very welcome. We had such a lovely room.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very solid experience. The location of this hotel is great. Good WiFi and nice little bar inside. Beautiful building. Overall it was a pretty bare bones though. Rooms are pretty small and very simple. But the beds were comfortable and it gets the job done, especially if most of your time will be spent out exploring London.
