Hotel was great! Very close to all you needed and staff very helpful! Could do with air con in the rooms however - but that staff did supply us with a fan. Was a very hot day mind.

Liked: Staff & service
The hotel itself is dated and deserves to be brought back to its glory. Squeeky floors most prevalent. Staff was excellent and the area is desireable.
This is a lovely older hotel right across from Kensington Gardens. Bus stop was right outside and it has 3 train stations nearby. We were traveling with our 10 and 15 year old and felt safe and comfortable. Close to Queensway for many food and shopping options. Staff was very friendly. Our rooms were ready and we were able to check in early. They also have a nice locked room to store luggage if you need to check out before flight. We did not eat the breakfast or utilize bar area, but we saw others doing so. Beds and rooms comfortable. Room got slightly warm but able to open window a little for air, it was no problem! We really enjoyed our stay here!
This hotel is so handy. Bus stop outside takes you to Westminster or Piccadilly Circus. Hyde park and Kensington park across the road. Walkable to Paddington station
The quality of the cleanliness in the room must be acknowledged - our room was SPOTLESS. Please pass on our feedback to the cleaning team. Our only negative was the very thin walls. Our neighbour seemed to be having a party with their clothes hangers at 11.30pm, besides this we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. Thank you!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
This hotel offers some beautiful common spaces and was very clean. Our room was fine- no frills and as pictured- but a bit stuffy on warm days. The floors were a bit creaky so you could hear others walking around in the hallways. The location was fantastic- right across from Hyde Park and a quick 7-minute walk to the Central line tube.
It’s ok there are other hotels closer to the main attractions for less money. The rooms a very spacious but what’s the deal with separate hot and cold faucets on the sink either burning hot of freezing cold. The hotel is close to the tube, bus stops and big bus stops. Direct across from the park with some cool small shops and restaurants near by.
Service was great. Location for the conference being attended, good. General condition seemed good though may have seen better days.
The room was fine for an overnight stay, but I found the bed too hard for my preferences.
Loved this hotel, not fancy but clean and very friendly staff, convenient, 2 tubes within 2 minute walk, and opposite Hyde park! Perfect and very reasonably priced xxx
