Great little room, noisy location

Small single room as expected in London. Very clean, everything in working condition, would definitely stay here again despite the noise (due to having to have the window open as too hot).

Nice enough. Avoid basement rooms!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room is very basic, a bit run down but it was clean, which is the most important thing! Biggest issue was, we had a basement room. We could hear the London Underground running constantly up until midnight. We were also below what I assume was a staff area, meaning we could hear constant walking around(in heeled shoes) and banging for hours. I'm sure if you have a room above ground level, it'll be fine.

I only stayed 1 night but would stay again , very clean and friendly the guys on the front desk where great , very good location . Very comfortable bed . The only sugesstion would be a shelf in the bathroom !

Good stay with a a few minor caveats.

Great for a one night stay. Location is really good and the staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze and they were very kind and accommodating. Beds were a bit hard and the bathroom shower needed some repair. But overall I would stay here again if I needed a place for one night while moving through London.

The property was very clean and in a great area for dining and transportation. It was convenient for walking too. The staff, Matthew, office staff, cleaning staff were excellent and helpful.The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was great having 3 beds. The price was amazing. The room was a little smaller than some of the bigger name hotels, but they made up for that in every other way! Loved our stay, appreciated the accomodations, and so intend to stay there again!!!

There is mold at this property. It was so bad, we were unable to stay at this place for our booking. The staff were nice enough, but were unwilling to offer any type of refund when we did not even spend a night in this place. We booked through Expedia who did absolutely the bare minimum to help us in this situation even though we provided documented evidence of mold. Overall, we had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and somehow, an even worse experience with Expedia. I HIGHLY recommended you avoid this hotel at a minimum, and that you also avoid Expedia at all costs as they will do nothing to help you if it is in any way in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, regardless of hazerdous living conditions. Again, whoever reads this, avoid.
