The Franklin Hotel London is an absolute gem! Nestled in a quiet Knightsbridge enclave, it exudes elegance and sophistication. The decor is stunning, service impeccable, and the ambiance intimate yet luxurious. Every detail, from the plush rooms to the exquisite dining, is perfection. It was a boutique style hotel , small but quiet . The only thing I didn’t like was they had us to pay additional fee for extra bed for my 8 years old daughter,but never provided extra bed !!! I was not happy to pay this fee as we had already prepaid through Expedia for our stay . The breakfast was OK , it was not a buffet with not mush options .

Nice Small Boutique Hotel, we enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful but was a lil disappointed with the size of the suite. Location wise its amazing as Harrods and other shopping options are literally on 10 mins walk.

Quaint hotel off the Brompton Rd. Very quiet. Only elected to stay and take meals in London as we thought the price too steep and there were literally hundreds of eating places nearby. Staff extremely courteous and prompt. Room would probably need an upgrade as issues with sink ( reported) and the lighting was too dim for our liking but overall we had an extremely pleasant stay
