Room was nice and clean. Sofa bed was not very comfortable for my children however. We had a room on the top floor which was up 3 flights of stairs, obviously without lifts this was very hard to get to with luggage as the last set of stairs was very steep and tight. Breakfast was a strange experience, firstly we had trouble finding the breakfast room located in the college over the road, secondly it felt like we were back at school and had to be quiet whilst we were eating which was difficult with 2 children and thirdly I don't think it was worth the amount we spent on breakfast to be honest. Location was not too bad although we were expecting it to be a bit closer to Euston.

The experience was not great. The WiFi barely worked, cut out nonstop. Do not plan to work if you stay here and need internet. No elevator. Travel light, otherwise - may end up lugging a heavy suitcase up 4 flights or stairs. The 4th floor is quite warm and the fan sounded like a lawn mower.

Charming hotel

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 3 night stay at the hotel.The staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.The kettle and tea bags and the hairdryer were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit London.

Lovely hotel in a leafy quiet road

Very nice clean accomodation. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and clean. Would have been better if we could have worked out how do cast to the TV, instructions were given but it didn't work. Coffee machine seemed to be a bit temperamental. But small niggles, generally a very decent hotel. Best thing for us was the location, which was quiet, down a wide leafy street opposite a children's park. Lovely, quiet and safe. Ten mins walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras and ten mins from Russell Square and British Museum.
