Clean room overlooking the street but it was quiet. Staff was very helpful. Assisted us in shipping home a package. Offered umbrellas due to the heavy rain one day. Food was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We have stayed here many times before. It has a great location so near the Tube and good restaurants. The only thing which could have been improved--the cleaning staff forgot to give us clean towels and washcloths on a couple of the days we stayed. Other than that, everything was good. I know we'll stay there again the next time we're in London.

Beautiful hotel in one of the most charming local.

We had a wonderfull stay, the staff was excellent and the rooms are a generous size. The only reason I am taking a star is due to the very hard mattress. It felt like sleeping on a table, my son wanted to sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable.

Excellent Hotel in a Great Area of London

We spent four nights at this excellent hotel. Everything was top-knotch, from the room to the linens to the service to the concierge to the location. We did not opt for the breakfast, so cannot comment about that. Highly recommend.
