LOVE this hotel. Most notably, the staff was stellar, there’s no carpeting and the coffee maker in the room kept me satisfied. Highly recommend staying here. We could walk to Hyde Park, Prince Albert Hall, dining and cafes.

It was a beautiful hotel and the room was amazing. The staff were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. One tiny issue was the noise from rooms above late at night and early in the morning. It was very loud and did affect the quality of sleep. We were in room 402. The food at breakfast was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Everything great, but it boils down to people.

Stayed here last July for just short of two weeks. Perfect home base for a slow visit. Liked the location, neighborhood, amenities, the breakfast, the clothes cleaning service. The room was fantastic, perfect for relaxing any part of hot days I decided to stay indoors. Mostly though I liked the staff. They were uniformly polite, professional and caring. Doesn’t it always boil down to people? That’s why I came back this year for a week. It was the right decision.
