This hotel is super super good! The staff is courteous and provides very good hospitality as well. When we arrived here early in the morning after a long journey, they gave us the room before check-in time, which was amazing. They kept our suitcases and luggage with them at the reception so that we could go out and have breakfast without hassle. When they emailed us that room was ready (3 hours before usual check-in time!), they had already moved our luggage to the room before we got back. I was really impressed by this thoughtful service. Even on our checkout day, they let us keep our luggage with them till evening after the checkout too. This is not always common even in North America, so I really appreciated this flexibility. The room is good as per UK standards. Everything was very close by, with lot of food and prepared food options like Co-op, M&S Food, and Tesco all walkable distance from the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring London. The staff was not just courteous but very friendly and warm. They responded promptly to all our questions before and during our stay. If you're traveling to London and staying in Kensington, I am feeling that this is definitely the place to stay. The service level is exceptional and makes your London experience so much better!

The property was very well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a very easy 7 minute walk from the Earl's Court train station on the Piccadilly line. I had occasion to walk back to my hotel at 11 pm and it was very safe.

Conveniently located steps from Earls Court station, with the quiet setting of South Kensington, we loved our stay. The kitchenette was put to good use, and we appreciated the excellent housekeeping during our stay. Will definitely recommend!

The shower water was lukewarm more than once during our 2 night stay. It was disappointing to have to shower with a chill after all the walking we did in the city. We needed a hot shower to relax our muscles.
