Great location

This hotel was perfect for us. Location was right in the middle of a the top attractions. Palace was only one block away. Hop on hop off bus stop just around the corner. Kind of a hidden gem. No fancy bars, restaurants, or common areas, but we didn't need that anyway. Nice nightly wine reception hour. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! Location is great, it’s a nice and quiet area, walkable to many attractions. The place is cozy with pleasant displays. The hotel is small, our room is small but we’re happy with it, bed is comfortable, rain shower is nice. Staff are friendly, thoughtful and welcoming! We would stay again!

Hidden gem

The hotel is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from Buckingham palace. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch and the kitchen area was a nice extra. The room was large for London and very clean. Due to circumstances of our stay we opted for a late check out and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to accommodate us.

The service was brilliant and the staff were lovely! However, the room was really dark even with the lights on, there was mold in the bathroom and the tap water (which was meant to be filtered) was VILE. I’m used to London water but this was something else! Spent a small fortune on buying their bottled watered.

The property is very close to the Victoria line for Underground travel and walkable to famous tourist spots - that is what you’re paying for. The rooms are small and not quite proportionate to the price you pay. Overall, the building is a bit outdated, but rooms are clean and house staff available round the clock.

Queen Victoria would approve

Proper Hotel in an unbeatable location. No hesitation to give this hotle 5 stars, very profesional and proper staff. Very clean hotel and quarters. The location is 10 min or less from main station walking from buckingham is less than 5 min. Amenities were top notch, was was great size, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
