We found this hotel last minute in a distressed situation and we are so happy we did. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Our only regret was that it was sold out and we could only get one night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We came for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it super special with balloons and a handwritten card. We upgraded the room and it was very nice and accommodated the three of us, however, it was extremely hot during the day and while we were sleeping as the AC only goes down to 18 and no further. It was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep a wink. That’s my only critique. Other than that it’s a great hotel!

We got to London earlier than expected and were very grateful when they let us check in early. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect-- central to everything and close to Victoria Station. I would definitely stay there again.

Located on a quiet corner near Victoria station. You would not know it is there if you were not looking for it. Very easy access to St. James Park, close to both the St. James and the Victoria Tube stations (and the train station), quick walk to Belgravia for some outstanding local options for dining, bakeries, green grocers, etc. Room was spacious and well-laid out and the staff was helpful and courteous. First time here, but going forward it will be our default London hotel. Had everything we wanted and nothing extraneous.

The room was very comfortable, and the little kitchen area made mornings easier, since we could just have breakfast and coffee in the room before going out. Most things we wanted to see were nearby, and the train station was a close walk for the attractions that are further away. Happy with our hotel choice, would stay again.

Exceptional Service and Ideal Location

I booked a King-size room with twin beds for an overnight stay and couldn’t have been happier. The service was absolutely excellent – I mentioned it was my birthday, and was greeted with balloons, gold bubbly, and luxury chocolates in the room. Such a thoughtful touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s also in a perfect location, just a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace, making it ideal for sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and am already planning another visit. A truly memorable experience!

I love staying at this Hotel. Staff are super nice. Clean, comfortable. Love the location close to Buckingham Palace. This hotel is a 5 star, however on my last stay I was on the first floor and for some reason there was a lot of door slamming, early morning, throughout the day and evening. I had to put on the Telly to drown out the sound.
