Boutique hotel above a pub in heart of Westminster

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Westminster, steps away from St. James Park (and Tube stop) and Westminster Abbey. I stayed here for the convenient location to Parliament, and selected this property due to the nice rooms above a welcoming pub. Breakfast was included and elevator to the small but comfortable rooms. Reception and pub were all great. I highly recommend Sanctuary House.

Great little find

Great little hotel above a nice pub. Rooms clean and tidy, very comfortable. Staff lovely, and the benefit of being directly above a great pub. Only found it last minute after being let down with another booking elsewhere. Will be using this one again in the future.

Staff where brilliant, allowed us a later check out as i was doing a charity run, they found a room ready for us when we arrived earlier than check in. Room was clean and all appliances and bathroom features worked perfect. Would 100% recommend

Well worth the stay

Cool hotel, well appointed rooms, quiet at night, good food, great breakfast, and a pub downstairs. 2 minute walk to St James Park tube. What more can you ask for?

What a find!

What a find! Beautiful room, fabulous staff. Great breakfast menu with lots of vegetarian options. Only slight room For improvement we noticed was lack of fresh tea and coffee at breakfast. Hot drinks from a catering flask included or buy fresh from the bar. I’ve already recommended and will be back.
