The Westbourne is on a nice quiet street with delicious dining options a short walk away. The staff are professional and very friendly, and our check in and out was easy. Our room was clean and convenient, and the refrigerator and coffee & tea set up were great. The water pressure is the shower was amazing! After checking out they held our bags while we explored the area. I definitely recommend staying at the Westbourne when in the Hyde Park area.

Love the area and the convenience of the location. Its has everything we needed. The kitchenette was great, supplies are loaded. The room is not too spacious but we enjoyed every bit.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay , nothing to complain about. Lot of places to eat nearby. Excellent check in service. Just an advice : google map shows nearest underground as Lancaster gate. However we found going to /from Paddington easier and both stations are almost at equal distance. Room size is good and no underground room like in some other hotels.

Comfortable room, terrible sound insulation

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The room I stayed in was located on the ground floor, and the foot fall from the room above was really bad, I could clearly hear the guests moving around and talking. It was so loud that I asked reception if I could move to a different room. They said that unfortunately they couldn’t help as the hotel was fully booked. In general the room was clean and comfortable, the window faced a wall so there wasn’t much natural light. If you are sensitive to noise I would avoid this place.

Great value, clean comfortable room

Very comfortable room and very friendly staff. The bathroom may be a bit tight if you’re a larger sized individual, but I think it was well worth the value. Very comfortable bed, great amenities. Would stay here again

Clean, well appointed, affordable gem

Excellent two night stay and will book again when I come back to the city. Warm, professional, and efficient staff. The entire property is neat as a pin, quiet, safe, and convenient. My room was well appointed with a mini kitchenette, electric kettle, and Nespresso maker - there's something so nice about being able to make coffee in the room. The bathroom was lovely with fluffy towels, Molton Brown toiletries, and a rainfall shower head. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage for free my last day in town. Very happy I booked this stay.

An unexpected pleasure

Came across this hotel due to a late arrival at Gatwick after a flight cancellation. We were really impressed by the staff, the hotel and especially the room which was attractive, comfortable and well equipped. The little kitchenette was an unexpected bonus and the whole experience turned a travel problem (there were no trains back to Devon until the morning) into a pleasure Would not hesitate to return. Many thanks.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip
