Clean and felt fresh and recently decorated. Room facilities were excellent. It is a bit far from a tube station (20 min walk to St James' Park or Westminster) but it was a nice walk and the area felt really safe. There was a good variety in the buffet breakfast but the quality of the cooked breakfast wasn't great and the coffee was terrible.

Our stay was 5 star. The staff were very warm and kind. Our room was stocked with bottled water each morning, Breakfast was wonderful, hot and tasty. The hotel located near to Big Ben and the London eye. I recommend this hotel to all my travelers to London. Thank you.
