When we went to check in they could not find our reservation. The receptionist eventually found it by going on line at hotels . Com. They had no record of it. It was fully paid and I gave her th receipt I had printed to confirm. She quickly sorted I wondered if the hotel had been full that we may not of had a room for the night ?
Hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to tons of things. The staff went above and beyond anytime we asked. I would be happy to stay there again.
Great location for exploring central london. Close to the theatres and shopping. Easy transport connections with bus stop right outside and underground options 5 minutes away
Solo traveled. Really liked the location of this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Easy check in and easy check out. Didn’t like the carpet floor that much and wished there was a gym. If you skip housekeeping you get a voucher.
Enjoyed the location, walkable from the train and close to the British Museum. Carpet is a bit old in the rooms and the bed could be more plush, but very clean (i love the smell of bleach, i know they really got all the germs) and staff was great. Room was quaint and complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. It would be great if they put a little table and 2 small chairs in the tower window of the room.

Nice but not for the price I paid
Lots of damp patches in the room, water leaked through ceiling into the wardrobe, telephone didn’t work. Staff were very friendly and willing to help
After 30~ hours of transit from Australia to London, the staff were very welcoming and let us check in quite early, and comped us breakfast to aid in our getting into town. The property was very spacious and welcoming. If we ever are in this area again, we will endeavour to stay here
