So, the room was booked as a twin room so that would mean 2 separate single beds, they had pushed the 2 together and made a double. And then at around 5am from a room next to ours there was banging which disturbed our sleep. Apart from that the hotel was nice and well situated.

Horrible. I booked a room with air conditioning. I arrive and see two fans sitting in the room. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I turned on the AC and waited a few hours. When we left for dinner, I asked the front desk to please have our AC checked. When I returned, I asked the front desk if they had fixed the AC. They said, No, the parts were on back order. They KNEW the entire time that the room had no AC. We could not sleep at all that night. I should have minimally been told at check in that AC was not working. HORRIBLE Customer Service!

Very good option in the West End. We were relocated to Thistle Piccadilly due to maintenance issue where we originally booked. That was seamless (issue emerged hours before our scheduled check-in). Good room, fine amenities, including Nespresso and Tea service in-room. Clear focus on reducing ecological impact.

Conveniently located. Seemed authentic to the area. Lots of things to do nearby. Didn’t look like our carpet had been swept prior to us arriving. Found trash in the floor. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Disappointed by the overall experience as the air conditioning in our room didn’t function the entire time. It took a full day to get someone to look at it. Facilities personnel didn’t even come in room. They informed us from hallway that majority of our side of hotel had to air conditioning. We were offered two fans. There was no offer of relocating to a room with working AC or a credit as a good faith consideration. Highly would not recommend as this appears to be a common issue at this establishment.
