the staff at this hotel, are better than anywhere we have travelled throughout the world, unbelievably great, from the HOTEL MANAGER to the concierge,check in staff, could not fault anyone, Thank you all so much.

Great cafe and tasty options when i arrived late. Plus breakfast in the morning. I loved being able to make my own toast etc. Plus great customer service all round. I also felt extremely safe especially travelling alone

It is so pleasing to see this grand old building being repurposed and loved as a Hotel. The free guided tour is a must opening up past history to younger generations. All staff were friendly although we experienced new staff throughout the Hotel.

The property, the staff, the meals, the ambience, the rooftop bar - all sensational. The noise from the neighbouring room until well past midnight, not so enjoyable.

Excellent hotel. Very good value for what we paid. Responsive staff. Got extra pillows from housekeeping at 11pm. Not many hotels will do that for you that late.

Great location walking distance to domestic airport Rooms spacious, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
