The staff is so friendly! The room I stayed in didn’t look like the bathroom floor was mopped. There is mold at the corner of the shower where the wall paper is lifting. The room was dusty on the wall hangings. There were lots of fingerprints on the door handle to enter/exit the room. Overall, my stay was pleasant. It would just be nice for cleaning staff to pay more attention to detail.

The check-in process was poor. The agent was not rude, but very indifferent and short. The rooms were clean, but the mattress was not comfortable, I woke up with a back pain numerous times during the night and the pillows were hard. The alarm clock USB-C adapters to charge your phone and they didn’t work. When we complained, they changed our room and the other one was the same. The restaurants were mediocre at best. After I checked out of our room this morning I tried to get coffee and bagels at Einstein bagel. They don’t take cash and they don’t take credit cards only charge your room.
