I booked a hotel night for October 7, 2025 because my son had a soccer tournament in Mesquite.
We checked in, put out bags in the room and then went to dinner. As soon as we arrived back to the hotel room we feel asleep. It was dark, so we did not notice anything amiss as we were tired from a long day of soccer games.
it wasn't until morning that we saw that the sheets had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. There was some sort of dried bodily fluid on the sheets, in multiple places. As well as poo stains. Whether it was semen mixed with blood and tissue or vomit. I could not tell.
I notified the front desk and their response was they would let house cleaning know. No attempt to rectify the fact that I slept in that disgusting mess was made by the CasaBlanca. The state of the sheets was unknown to me, as it was dark when I went to bed and did not see it until morning.
I am beyond disgusted and grossed out! I would like a full refund!
