The bed was clean, thank goodness! But I talked to others who weren't so lucky. Room is super basic, NO EXTRAS. Pillows were terrible and the AC is super loud. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but sadly it was closed most the day on Sunday. Can't think of but one staff member who was nice. It's good if you have kids because there is an arcade and bowling alley.

This property was ok. No coffee pots, no microwave or fridge. It is very basic with a freezing nice pool and 2 jacuzzi tubs. It's located at a casino and has a few other casinos surrounding it.

We had to call maintenance down twice to try to fix our toilet because it wouldn't flush. Water does not get cold in the rooms at all!!! and there are is no way to keep food cold or fresh. Staff seemed very cold and uncaring and the housekeeping team came in our room while we were still sleeping!! over all this was not the best experience we have had in a hotel.

You get what you pay for. Well, maybe not. In this case. The rooms are old. The rooms are dirty. The beds are hard and I would be worried about using their linens. We brought our own. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they're making bank at 50 bucks a night for these rooms. Cuz they're not putting any upkeep into them. They should do themselves a favor. Renovate, and charge double what they're charging now.

The weekend price for the room is outrageous. The A/C was noisy, the toilet made a heck of noise when flushed. This room/hotel needs some major upgrades if they are going to charge these prices. It's not a 5 star resort accommodation. The internet is very weak and slow, at least where we were located (the #7 building). Speed was only 4.6 Mbps and kept dropping out. Only stayed 1 night, but I'd look for something else if we come through again.
