Place was nothing like the picture show the building cindition and surrounding are not well take care off look dirty we end up not staying when I went to the little window the lady super rude and with attitude said that if I'm not staying I have to contact the company if I have my $227 back that she have nothing to do never give me any info so I guess I'll google it since this app only offer the location phone number and address it was a bad experience we was traveling and driving for over 10 hrs we have to look around for another place to stay thankfully we find other hotel with even better price for more days plus the promo said that service animals are excepted of fees and she still. Want to charge us when we already inform her that we was not staying anyways this one goes in the list of never look at it again plus area wasn't safe there's a lot of homeless and lot of police action around is in the ghetto a lot of weird activities close to the hotel location

It seemed that there were other outside persons roaming and playing int the halls making a lot of noise until late hours in the night. Staff was going to look into it. Staff was very polite and over all it is a nice place to stay, if only the construction was completed.

Not bad.

Staff was friendly. The outside premise didn’t look very welcoming, however the inside of the room was okay. The room was clean and didn’t appear to have insects. If you are looking for a cheap place for a quick sleep, this is it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This place was the worst motel I have ever seen, this place looked like it had dope dealers and hookers going in and out. It was far from clean, blankets had stains, towels were worse then pool towels you get at decent hotels, walls had paint chipping, the room had a very musky distinct smell to it, their was no curtain on the window, the blinds didn’t even fit the window and you could see in the room. No amenities for the room not even hand soap! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL! We brought our stuff in the room with us and literally told my bf take it right back to the car, we left and immediately and went up to Kendall area and stayed elsewhere. I was in that room a total of 5 minutes, we booked for 3 nights and they reimbursed us for 2 nights. I can say NOTHING positive about this place unfortunately! I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’d rather save someone the stress that I had to endeavor and thankfully there was no local events like a Race in Homestead because you’d have a hard time finding a place to stay. Pictures they show are definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
