Poorly equipped kitchen. Cockroach. Hard bed.

Cockroach in kitchen. No potholders. Oven but no ovenware. No dish towels. Management on phone denied request for potholders and dish towels. Bed painfully hard.

Rented as a condo. Lots of conditions not included in listing. Obviously an old building that had a minor facelift. Only 1 of 3 elevators worked, long delays for a 16 floor building. Unresponsive property manager. Not worth the hassle compared to a hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The valet parking was so nice and we loved being able to come and go and know our vehicle was safe and sound. The service was fabulous all around and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice a spacious with an amazing view of the pool and ocean, such pretty sunrises and sunsets every day! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our meals and chill time throughout the day and have easy access to the pool and beach. The pools were all very clean and in good condition, the water was warm and perfect even on windy days. The beach area was the best on that whole stretch we felt like, very minimal wakes and such clean soft sand made for easy swimming and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. There were quite a few really great dining options within walking distance along with shops, groceries and a Walgreens for whatever you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time here and it's perfect, walk to tons of food, daily exercise out front door on Atlantic Way, full kitchens and laundry, view from balcony, excellent pools and hot tub, and included beach service. Cannot go wrong here.

Beautiful Beach Home

The view was amazing. We were right on the beach with a beautiful large balcony. Unfortunately, the weather played a cruel trick and I was only able to sit on the balcony the first day and the morning I left. The apartment was spacious and clean, the complex had great amenities including two pool. The complex was in easy walking distance to eateries and a couple of stores. I was in for a conference in south beach which was an easy inexpensive uber ride away. I definitely was to return when it's warmer!!

We stayed for a week and greatly enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach were wonderful. They have a wonderful walking trail that we took advantage of and the food and culture were wonderful.

Emails prior to visit went unanswered, phone calls not returned, had to call emergency number to add parking which was included my last 4 stays but had to pay separately with this vendor, unit repairs required: kitchen cabinet doors, bathroom faucet, toaster and the sofa bed was awful. Had to reach out to Hotels.com to replace shabby pillows and sheets with decent ones...overall a poorly managed property from someone in the business

Most of the furniture old, the kitchen not stocked well if you are planing to cook at the unit, couch and seats were dirty, some of the electrical outlets don't work and very poor lighting especially in the bathroom . Limited supply of towels too
