Just okay. Clean enough. Service was hit or miss. Shower in our first room wouldn’t turn on. We were assigned a new room quickly, but without apology. Most other interactions with staff got the job done, but were not warm. They held our luggage after checkout so we could do things in the area before an afternoon flight. There isn’t much around the hotel; food, drugstore, definitely attractions were a drive rather than a walk. But, the location was centrally located for our dispersed weekend activities.

If you’re cruising

Every time I cruise out of Miami, this is the hotel. I prefer to stay at because of their shuttle service from the airport and their shuttle service to the port of Miami. The staff is friendl,the breakfast is convenient, and the rooms are well maintained.

Great with the free airport shuttle and free port shuttle. Not much around but subway is a few steps away. Breakfast is decent too with fruit which my kids were happy about. It's loud because it's right at the airport, but we had a white noise machine with us so we didn't hear anything. The view is awesome to watch planes take off all day long :) My kids loved that. Hotel was clean and well run. I would stay again for sure if we needed to get to the port or airport.

Only stayed one night for a cruise but would have happily stayed longer. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Walking distance to places to eat and gas station. Front desk recommended a sports bar down the road to eat it. It was fantastic. Prices were good. Would definitely stay again.
