It was good but not great. Only one hand towel in room. Location is not the best. Staff was friendly Only found ice on the 7th floor. Machine empty on 3rd and 5th floor. Water took a long time to warm up but never got really hot

I chose this hotel because they offered a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. I called a week in advance to ask about the shuttle process. They told me to call the hotel when we landed and to let the concierge know upon check-in that we’d need a cruise shuttle. We called after landing and were told the airport shuttle would arrive in 15–20 minutes, but we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes. Once at the hotel, I asked the concierge about the cruise shuttle and was told the only available time was 1:30 PM. After the delay with the airport shuttle, that made me too nervous to rely on it. Thankfully, when we checked again in the morning, we were offered a 10:30 AM shuttle—but it still didn’t get us to the port until 11:30 AM. I'm really glad I didn’t wait for the 1:30 shuttle, since final boarding was at 2:30. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The shower worked fine, but the bathtub plug didn’t, so we couldn’t take baths. Overall, the stay was okay, but the poor communication and slow shuttle service didn’t make it feel worth the price. Next time, I’d probably stay somewhere cheaper and just take an Uber.

We drove to miami to pick up friends from the airport. Check in was a breeze they had transportation ice vending breakast and comfy beds. The shower and products were great. Everything you would need for a inexpensive quality night stay over for a trip to the airport. We will stay here again for any airport trips.
