Unique and Distinctly Terrible

The service was horrible. Called six times to be picked up from the airport and nobody answered. Had to take Uber to hotel. People must be paid by the hour because they were in no hurry to check us in. Shuttle would take you to port for a fee, but would not pick you up from the port. Area smelled like seaweed and diesel fumes. Dresser draw kept opening everytime someone walked by it. Lost television and internet service for the night. Overall I'd rather sleep in a car in the parking lot than stay there again. It is a trap hotel because they know people will use it for a quick stay between boarding their cruise or leaving the next day after returning from the cruise. Stay away.

The room was clean and bed comfortable but the quality of air circulation was poor and there was a stuffy odor. The breakfast buffet was expensive and poor quality. The building was painted but doors were old, stuck, and hard to close. Staff was friendly.

No folding bed

Upon online booking we were told they had cots/folding beds available as we are a family of 5. They did not. One of our kids had to sleep on the floor.

Comfortable and clean

Very clean and safe place to stay . I booked last minute and did not regret this at all . The restaurant was nice , the bed was comfortable, I even did laundry at the hotel .
