Everything was clean and worked well. Older facility well maintained. Kitchen only fairly equipped, worst cabinet design, drawers not opening all the way because of fridge. Condo on channel side.

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Due to a family emergency, I was unable to travel or check in, and therefore never stayed at the property. Despite this, they falsely claimed that I had checked in and refused to respond to my refund request. Dishonest handling and extremely poor customer service.
