Front desk attendant was super nice amd made check in easy. Room was very big and mostly updated. Area was nice and quite. Beds were a little uncomfortable, shower was in desperate need of actual cleaning, and the pool wasn't exactly clean. Location was good if you wanted options of going to the keys or glades or downtown Miami.

Bed and shower was dirty. No hot water after 5 minutes. Asked for new sheets and was handed a pile of sheets at the door that were also dirty. Office staff were responsive and we had no issues.

Good location to visit K. Largo, Miami n Everglade

The room was a little bit old but comfy. The WiFi was out for 2 days 👎and we had a leakage from the ceiling. Once we advised them, they respond very promptly and offer us another similar room 👍. Good service.

Housekeeping boss lady very rude. Unwilling to help me as she didn’t have her current paperwork, was told we were supposed to be out of room? We stopped at office the night before and extended our stay a day. Stuck in the lot locked out of my room in a towel had to go to office for working keys. Very inconvenient ☹️

Terrible customer service. I got overcharged three times and was constantly guilt tripped to believe that wasn’t the case even when I was showing them my bank statements. I was constantly locked out of my room every time I came back from an outing I would have to call the front desk to get assistance. The housekeeping was another thing. They don’t change your sheets until the third night stay the bedding and towels will have hair from prior stays. Housekeeping wasn’t giving us any shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, so I went to go ask the front desk and was given 3 of everything. I went on an another outing with my family I came back and realized that housekeeping had taken it upon themselves to take the extras. VERY WEIRD. I don’t care what they assumed, but to feel comfortable taking things out of our room, made us very uncomfortable. The laundry machines WILL stain your clothes. I used all 3 machines and all three stained my clothes only one dryer worked. Please make sure to lock your card and call your banks, reassure that your statements are correct because I was charged for the last time 20 minutes before my checkout. very shady. The breakfast was good.
