The property is fine, but upon arrival they told me they didn't have the type of room I rented and gave me another one with two beds. They didn't take any care of the inconvenience, which shows no professionalism.

We reserved a king sized bed. When we arrived, Thursday evening, they said they were out of king beds and gave us a double. The room looks nothing like ANY of the pictures they have online. The bathroom was outdated, with the old plastic tubs, not the nice showers with the tile and glass doors. There was a car alarm that went off all night long , for two nights right outside our window. My sister flew in Friday night and was given a king room that she had reserved, she left Sunday Morning, and we thought we'd be offered her King room. Not even when the hotel emptied out Monday did they even offer us a king room that was obviously available.

Had a handicap room. The shower head holder was broken and couldn’t hold up the wand. Husband had to hold the shower head to wash hair. The bathtub filled up with water while showering. Afterwards black debris was all over the shower floor.

Not in good shape. Everything seemed old and needed updated. Terrible breakfast. Smelled aweful!!! I woke up several times feeling like i was in an alcoholic's bed due to the smell. If you know that smell, you don't forget it.

We had a one night stay while traveling. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room felt very clean. The morning staff and breakfast were fantastic! I would stay again the next time traveling through. My only negative. The adjoining room door was loose.

Breakfast was not so good. Chaotic and running out of food so quick. Felt like fighting for food. Gym was being remodeled so I was not able to use it. Cleaning crew cleaned our bedroom and took the towels away so we had to go to the frint desk and ask for towels when my my daughter was still waiting for a towel. Best price compared to hotels around.

Our stay here for this 3 day trip was very nice. The room had a few random hairs on the couch but after our initial personal wipe/spray down it was good. The bathroom & beds were made daily so that's a plus.
