I was double charged for my room. Homewood suites charged me and refused to refund after i had paid in full thru Hotels.com. Management at Homewood suites refused to refund and then became hostile towards me when i asked for my receipt showing where they charged me again.

Facility is kept in great shape. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. No restaurant for dinner but the Hilton next door serves dinner. Breakfast buffet is good, with nice variety.

Room was clean and bright. However, we had to call maintenance around 10pm for a leaking toilet which they came to fix right away so we did not have to switch rooms. Upon checking in, the front staff was very dry. No welcome smile or greeting upon check in. When leaving at 5am, a different staff member was standing at the desk and she also did not greet us and barely looked up to speak. This turned us off tremendously!!
