The staff are so helpful providing everything you need if you forget to pack anything My flight was late but la Quinta made it possible for my family with 3 kids to not be stranded in an airport. I would definitely stay again.

Not a good stay

Front desk check-in staff went great. Pool was closed ,no coffee available at breakfast , they need another toaster. There were Roaches in our room, floors are dirty I do not think I will ever be able to get my socks clean, shower in our room wand only with no way to raise from a very low position. We will never stay here again. Stairs to upper floors outside of our room was collapsed concrete all over sidewalk

The website says free shuttle to airport from 6am-10pm. However only runs once an hour and the last shuttle from airport to hotel is 9pm. Can ride was $51 for about 5 miles.

Prior to arrival I inquired about shuttle service from the airport to the hotel upon arrival in Miami I placed another call and was told where to wait for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived and we were taken to Laquita inn however when I went to check in it was then discovered we were taken to Laquita East instead of North the same driver that took us from the airport was the same driver that returned however instead of taking us to the correct facility he took us back to the airport and remove our luggage and placed them on the curb in essence he firgurately threw us off the shuttle. I was traveling with my husband and two friends we had was to call for two Uber to take us to the correct facility. I WOULD NEVER EVER AGAIN STAY AT ANOTHER Laquinta.
