Not worth it

We were not in formed they don’t have elevators. No one offered to help us (seniors) to lug our very heavy luggage up stairs. Two young ladies staying there helped us with luggage. We were told they offer shuttle to and from airport as well to Miami port. Not explaining the shuttle to port is $12 each way. $12.00 buffet was horrible, food was cold and not not tasty.

The hotel was very nice the front desk staff was very nice the only problem was we were assured that we would have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel complimentary through the hotel I called to confirm when we were at the airport she said the shuttle would be there shortly when the shuttle came my husband and I and another couple were standing where we were supposed to be as I went around to the back to start putting my luggage in the driver pulled away and just kept driving we were all waving and telling him to come back he never came back so then we had to get another shuttle from Miami airport and paid that shuttle service to get us to the hotel when I told the front desk woman the only response I got was sorry about that we were never offered anything except sorry about that I will return to the hotel it was decent and nice for the money we paid but I will definitely make sure we have an alternative shuttle system so that we are not left again.

We liked the hotel and staff very much . But we have called ahead to get the shuttle from airport , they told us it would be there to get us. Once we arrived at the airport I called the hotel to let them know we were waiting. There was another couple waiting with us .. the shuttle arrived, pulled up right in front of us. I started to the back of the shuttle to put my luggage in and the driver pulled away.. we and the other couple was waving and yelling for him to stop by he just kept going.. the shuttle was included in the room price but we ended up having to pay another shuttle company to get us to the room.. when I told the women at the front desk all she said is sorry about that. We were not offered anything except sorry bout that.. other than that the hotel was in and staff was ok. We will return but we now know to get our own shuttle service because theirs is not reliable..

We waited for an hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle (which goes to the airport only once per hour.) The shuttle size was very small and couldn’t fit in everyone who was waiting for it at the airport. There is no elevator and we had to carry our heavy bags up two flights of stairs up to the second floor. The hotel charges $12 per person for breakfast. Their bar was very good, however.

Room 148 should be a closet it was loud being it was attached to the stairs and the air conditioner although cold was loud as a tracker trailer. Other than that shuttle service was great and the gentleman at check greatly me by name nice touch. Thanks
