Room was old, bathroom was small and had issues with cold water in sink. No soap provided at sink. Toilet was close to wall that a person could touch it with their knees. Smaller than a cruise ship bathroom definitely overpriced. On a positive the restaurant attached to the hotel was great and pool area and front desk was very nice.

After a nightmare at the airport where my seats were sold to someone at the counter next to me for flight to Africa I was stuck in airport. Booked Expedia at 2 am not to be stranded at airport. Recieved email no check in till 3 pm, didn’t see Expedia policy no cancellation, this hotel refused to cancel immediately, and again isecond call in morning when I I’m disgustied. Hotel budget gone. $60 uber ride to hotel wasted. Spent cold night outside on Briteline train station with sister who has extreme walking challenge freezing our butts off. So unprofessional and , inhuman . No exceptions to rules in a dire situation .

The room was okay. The carpet had paint on it and was not appealing. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our room was just above the bar area and we could hear the music until midnight. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport but it only operated on the hour. The front desk staff was very nice.

The shuttle came only 1h after I talked with the hotel will they tell me is be in 15 minutes. No elevator and nobody to help with the luggage. No crib for baby in the hotel, will in your website its said that they have. In the room, we found restaurants flyers and stickers from previous guests

We landed at 815pm. Called front desk for 32 mins trying to get the airport shuttle. Ended up paying $25 bucks to Uber to drive us 1.2 miles. To hotel from airport. Not happy at all for wasting my time.

The room was newly renovated and very well kept. My only complaint is that in the renovation the bathrooms were moved and the bathrooms for two are now side by side side by side on the same wall. This makes the livable space in each room very small. Also the opposite wall between the two rooms is so thin that you can hear and understand what the occupants in the next room were saying. The staff was courteous, well trained, and very helpful. But we will not be staying in that particular ramada in future trips.
