The staff was straight up rude and not willing to help with basic questions. The room was kind of dark and the carpets looked pretty dirty. The washroom was very uncomfortable with the toilet jammed in a tiny space between the shower and wash basin.

The room is amazing, the size, cleaniness, and has everything you need. Staff is very helpful and well mannered. The shuttle service was easy and I didn't have to wait long at the airport.

Be prepared to be charged for every little thing. Some of it doesn’t make sense, such as $335 “facility” fee. Exorbitant parking fee and other small charges that add up. Will never return here.

Gross

Room was gross. Hair in the bed, pillows stained with only God knows what. Since we arrived late evening we had no other options. We slept with our clothes on on top of the blankets. Run away from this property.

Our room needs a good cleaning! The carper was sticky! Tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles, barely enough for two! Furniture in room was in very poor condition. Fine for a stay before our cruise.
