Clean room and nice facility however the process to get the shuttle from the airport was difficult and caused me to call five times to the hotel because I kept getting hung up on. However the shuttle to the cruise terminal was very good, super afffordable and a great way to get to our cruise

Room was clean and comfortable like always. The 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been staying here for years when traveling MIA. Nice pool, restaurant on-site and McDonald's across the street

The hotel did not have an elevator and the only rooms available when we arrived. We’re on the second floor. It was difficult to get our bags up to our room. Also, the rooms were very small and older.

The hotel was very noisy at midnight when we arrived. Bathroom had no soap in the dispenser or otherwise. I asked for my 5 room keys to be pre mind and sent CC auth forms for the rooms and we still had to stand around and wait for keys to be made. Very poor form~~
