No water... in both rooms I rented. Hotel is very aged and broken down. No response or follow-up call from the manager about the issues at the hotel. Front desk staff were rude and unconcerned. Frankly, the swamp bordering the hotel property would have been a better option for our stay.

Room felt neglected. Carpet floors looked as if they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Sticky feeling and left the bottom of our feet’s black. Had to put towels down on the floor just to walk. Sheet skirts were dirty. Visible dirt. Headboards were yellow-tinged from other guests laying their heads. Shower faucet was barely usable and the water did not stay hot. Spots of blood in and around the sink and mirror in bathroom. So much dust and crumbs in the corners and baseboards. I could go on and on. Absolutely terrible experience. Never staying here again.

There were issues with our stay. Not unbearable but issues and the staff were so helpful. The manager ended up giving us money off and we didn’t ask for it. Will go back because of the customer service and acknowledgment of things that needed to be taken care of and were not. Thank you!
