This hotel is extremely neglected. Only one elevator was running half the time, and the buttons didn’t function properly which caused guests to miss floors. The room desperately needed to be aired out likely due to the old and worn carpet. The bathtub had cracks running along the basin. Breakfast is also not complimentary and costs $44 for the full buffet. This place’s only saving grace is that it’s right next to MIA and has on-site dining.

Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Great amenities for those staying in the executive rooms. Also the restaurant and gift shop was very helpful. No need to call for food delivery. Very clean rooms and free transportation to the airport which is conveniently located 15 minutes away.

The bathtub was cracked and literally peeling apart… the crib they brought for us had cardboard as the mattress. The staff was super friendly but the entire place needs to be repaired

The room was poor as there was a dirty rag left on the cubicle. A sweet housekeeper did come to get it out. There was a message stating to get out related to fire. We walked down 8 flights of stairs only to find out that the bottom floors were not affected. This was no easy job for my elderly father. Dinner was very slow. Thankfully the manger came to assist. Food was okay. Breakfast was just the opposite. Wonderful, friendly staff and the food was great. The price was a little steep for breakfast, but I am not from Miami. .
