I would not recommend this hotel. Front desk service was very poor, unhelpful. Room service rude and untimely. Restaurant Manager did rectify, however overall stay was just not a reflection of the Sheraton name. Would not recommend staying here.

This property definitely doesn't have standard to meet what Sheraton and Marriott requires. It looks more like run 1 star run down motel. I was very surprised to see this run down hotel near Miami International Airport.
