We liked to the amenities in the kitchen area of the room. Breakfast options were great.The staff was very friendly and trying to help. However, the description on Expedia for the two queen beds room is incorrect. Due to the wrong description that Expedia has provided on the website we had to go back back-and-forth to the front desk to get the room we need. The room with the two queen beds does not have a sleeper sofa. It is Expedia’s mistake to have it in the description. Only some rooms with a king bed have the sleeper sofa. Because of that mistake and the need to go back-and-forth to the front desk and wait in line while they’re helping the other guests we were unable to get the dinner for our younger child who was very tired. We’re supposed to get a discount because of the room confusion but we have not yet as we booked through Expedia. Hopefully, after reading the comments, it will be corrected.

I was charged for a parking but when I made a reservation there was no information on Expedia that the parking was not included in the price. It just stated that the parking was available and you have to park by yourself. This is misleading. There should be an information that the parking needs to be paid in addition.

The airport shuttle only runs once per hour so if you just miss it, have fun sitting around for another hour. Primary reason for the poor review is that our room did not have a working TV and when we asked to have someone look at it, we were told it’s unfixable. We asked if we could switch rooms and were told no. So we asked if we could be compensated somehow and were told we could get 10% off our room. Mind you, we pressed for all this, it was not offered nor was an apology. When I checked out, I asked about it and was told the manager was working on it. I called back a few days later and my info was taken and I was promised a called back. It’s been 5 days so my only recourse now is leaving a poor review.

Staff was very pleasant, always ready to help. Also like location to explore different parts of Miami, including shopping. The beds have been very comfortable and the room was not noisy, which was a nice surprise being so close to the airport, other hotels you can hear the planes much more than here, really appreciate that. Would stay here again.
