Hotel was difficult to locate. Parking garage access from hotel very difficult. No elevator access to bring luggage to your floor. Hotel very close to another hotel of lesser appeal.

Tiene una buena ubicación, está limpio, el desayuno es bueno, me gustó que tienen disponible en la recepción , café, té y agua. También que hay personal que habla español. It has a good location, it is clean, the breakfast is good, I liked that they have available at the reception, coffee, tea and water. Also that there are staff who speak Spanish.

We stayed one night of our pre booked 10 night stay and had to end up leaving in the morning. The sheets to the pull out bed were dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable pull out bed I have ever experienced. I slept on the floor instead. The breakfast was very meh and I didn’t love the skulls and Halloween decore everywhere. Another crazy thing is they charge you for each package delivered. We had no clue - I stayed there before and this was not the case- and had things ordered for our arrival. The manager was kind enough to waive the fees. The staff was very understanding and accommodating, all things considered. They were the best part of the stay.
