This is my second time at this property. Adrian was great! I couldn’t find the info regarding the hotel shuttle and had to call the hotel. He provided me with the information and confirmed my pre-check had been completed for both my rooms since transportation was running a little behind. One thing I would change is that there should be a sign up sheet for the shuttle. We were told to be there at a certain time in the lobby for our transportation to the airport. When we made it down another group was already waiting which caused a little anxiety of us missing our transportation to the airport to board our shuttle to the port since only 1 shuttle was running. Turns out we were fine since most were not waiting on the hotel shuttle after all.

Nice facility, everything went well until it was time to shuttle to airport and driver refused to transport my friends scooter. After leaving us the first time to airport without any explanation the driver returned and after speaking with manager the driver did take us to the airport with an attitude.

every single hotel had their shuttles running past midnight in MIA international EXCEPT the wyndham garden..The driver completely ignored the shuttle area D terminal door 5 went past me and left me stranded because last shuttle was 11pm. took me an hour to get to the hotel. Travelocity needs to remove the shuttle service because its non existent. Don't stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Garden Miami. It was very convenient to get to from the airport and also the staff was amazing! Alia and Giuseppe were extremely helpful to print and scan a document I needed, they took their time to make sure I have everything I need. That was above and beyond. I’m truly grateful and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Miami.
