No heat

The room had no heat and the night manager said there wasn't another one available. I expressed my concerns with the day manager and he informed me that they had more rooms and we should have been given ine of the rooms.

Expired breakfast items, was not allowed to leave property with coffee even though "breakfast " was included. Charged us an extra $25 for our baby. We traveled from florida to nj for a funeral and i would never recommend this property

Cheese had mold in it and yogurt was expired by 3 weeks! Unacceptable. I contacted the managers email because no one there could help me but they never reached back to me. I would recommend this place at all. Also the bed sheets were stained.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the toiletries. Express breakfast was okay if you’re just grabbing something quick it was pretty much coffee, juice, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and bread. Elevators and hallway had a dirty mop smell, but the rooms were clean. About an hour away from NYC.

I was not granted a late check-out time as I had paid for. The bathroom floor would be coated with water after a shower. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
