Great overnight stay!!

Booked last minute for an overnight stay. Price was still a bit expensive, but not too bad. 1st time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Nice and very clean. Walking distance to Bridgestone, Broadway, and everything downtown Nashville. Actually walked to Hattie B's at 1145p, by myself, and felt pretty safe~10 minute walk! The Valet service was $65/per day but actually worth it because there was very limited parking in the area. You're able to come and go as u please without an additional charge & the Valets were super nice. Customer service was on point & professional. Room was very clean, spacious, and cozy. Brought my Yorkie with me & pets stay free!!!! Only minor hiccup is no microwave in room & the trash cans are too small💁‍♀️Overall, Great hotel and will definitely book here again!!!

The location of the property was really convenient, the staff in hotel were friendly. The restaurant and bar staff were really good. Big draw back the noise every night in the parking lot below was unbearable some sort of construction went on all 3 nights we were there, starting about 2 AM lasting till 6AM. trucks backup beeping, horns blaring, pipes being dropped onto the concrete. We specifically chose that location to be away from the noise of the main street, that would have been better than what we experienced.

While the location of the hotel was great and the staff friendly, we booked this hotel under the impression the pool was heated and the rooftop bar would be opened. It was NOT heated and the bar was not opened during our stay. We even called two weeks before our stay and asked the hotel to confirm. We paid a daily resort fee which seemed unfair considering it didn't give us any perks. The first night we stayed on the 5th floor on the front side of the hotel. It was so noisy we didn't fall asleep until around 4am. You can hear every single car, police, fire truck, motorcycle, people laughing/talking etc. We asked the second day to move to a quieter room as there was no way we could go three nights in a row with no sleep. While the staff was friendly it was not worth what we paid when other hotels had more to offer. The roof top pool was also in dire need of maintenance. The flower pots were crumbling and falling apart the outdoor furniture had seem better days.
