I love the atmosphere but don’t like the steps to walk into the building. Luckily the staff is very helpful to lift everything up the stairs to the carts.

There were a lot of steps to navigate in and out of the hotel. The one exit door that was handicapped accessible was only unlocked during the restaurant hours. Just something to consider when traveling with a handicapped individual. Staff were kind and accommodating but my Dad was frequently embarrassed.

Perfect spot for visiting Downtown Nashville. Close enough to walk to broadway and just far enough to not hear broadway. Probably the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t hear other guests or doors closing or even people in rooms above. Such a cool funky hotel.

Very convenient location, just a short walk to Broadway and downtown Nashville. The hotel rooms were a bit on the small side, and while the stay was decent overall, I’d probably choose a different hotel for my next visit.

Excellent property. Only complaint was the front desk staff. Spoke with them twice by phone prior to our visit and again in person trying to impress upon them our urgency in getting in to our room prior to the usual check-in time since it was imperative we change for a charity event that started earlier than expected. They were very non-chalant about it and it was incredibly disappointing. We never ask for early check-ins or late check-outs because we try to br as respectful as possible. But the one time we desperately needed it we were really left down.

Check in was a pain, never received a confirmation text when our room was ready, as we were told would happen. The lobby/bar area is very small and HOT! Didn’t feel like there was any a/c. The room was nice, bed comfortable. Love loved the bathroom! The decor was amazing. The shower leaked water all over floor which was a pain! The gave me a courtesy late check out, since the rooftop pool was “bought out” and was unable to use. This is ridiculous! I specifically booked this location for the rooftop pool. We should have been told this at check in. There was a couple fighting next to our room late at night, so that was annoying.
