Parts of the hotel are beautiful. With that said, I did not find our room to be in good quality/shape. It’s hard to say the area outside hotel is safe and clean when homeless people are using the toilet on the sidewalk and doing drugs as you walk by.

Loved the hotel room, bathroom was spacious beds were comfortable, limited closet space. Housekeeping, we had none for our entire stay. When I asked, they said they were short staffed, and very busy. Location was great, Broadway literally around the corner, a lot of places were within walking distance.

Holston House was perfect, from the moment I drove up until we checked out. Perfect valet service, beautiful lobby and room, and the restaurant had excellent food. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and The Ryman. Above all, the staff were all absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was great. We loved the style of the public spaces and of our room. The bar was great too. The location was convenient for walking most places or for an easy ride share pick up. We highly recommend this property and will stay again.

This hotel is a gem. It was conveniently located to all of the bars on Broadway. Everything was in a 7 block radius. The staff was super friendly, and the place is immaculate.

A fire alarm went off at 12:30am. Floors 9-10-11 were not aware as the alarms weren’t sounding off. The building was evacuated except for those of us on those floors. No phone call. Nothing!! Thankful it was cleared by fire department. Huge safety concern!!!
