Can't fault the staff or the hotel itself. My only issue would be around the prices in the restaurants. If you want to travel outside the hotel for meals it not easy due to the sheer amount of traffic. i feel the hotels makes the most of this.

Staff were super friendly, and especially as we had a child. room was cleaned regularly with turndown service. Pool was nice. Far from most areas, but near airport. Seems like lots of business meetings happen there

A great hotel located very close to Mumbai International Airport. Overall, our experience was very good. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The view from our room was excellent. The only suggestion for improvement I can make is to use gloves for food handling during breakfast. Since most Indian food is eaten with hands, refilling dishes using the same ladle or tongs can be a bit unhygienic. Additionally, be cautious about walking around the surrounding area late at night, especially if you are a foreign woman, as it may not be very safe.
