I loved this hotel. It was in a convenient location. The room was chic and comfortable. Service was excellent. Felice restaurant and bar downstairs was delicious and and had a great atmosphere.

Wonderful Stay

Gold Hall was everything. A little confusing to find but a wonderful hidden gem. Customer service from everyone employee was amazing, very welcoming, friendly but professional. My only issue in the elevator and my room floor was a stench of odor. Maybe mildew, kind of strand considering how well kept the hotel is. We also came across an employee cleaning and sanitizing the elevators. Overall I would say Glid Hall is a great choice and I will be back.

Super happy with this property. The staff was very welcoming and constantly checked up on us to see if we needed anything. I particular shout-out to Elizabeth who checked us in and was particularly kind after a long day of travel. This is a small, boutique hotel, the room was spacious and clean and the Italian restaurant on the first floor is delicious and handy. Gild Hall is within walking distance of many attractions, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and even a full grocery store near by. Highly recommended. Will return.

Next NYC Stay Will Be Here Again!

Booked a last-minute trip to NYC leading up to New Year’s Eve and of course had trouble finding a nice hotel. Happened upon Gild Hall by Hyatt on hotels.com and couldn’t have been more pleased. Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were nicely appointed. Special shout out to the staff member who checked us in (sorry can’t remember his name) who was funny & offered us champagne while we checked in. I’ve been a dedicated Hilton Honors member for years, but I know when I come into NYC, Gild Hall is where we’ll stay!

This hotel is a bit away from the busy midtown Manhattan area, but the amazing customer service from the staff makes it one of the top choices to stay in the city. The friendly staff and their attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere that more than makes up for the hotel's distance from the lively action of NYC.

Hidden fees not good "resort fees of 40 dollars per day" staff told me parking would 60 but they change to 75. They try to milk a dollar out of u anyway they can like there going bankrupt. Took too long to bring car out 30 minutes only one guy working. No empathy or care for guest concerns.
