I enjoyed staying in the FiDi area of NYC. Lots of construction in the area but close to many of the areas we wanted to explore. It’s quiet in the evenings which was good—and felt safe. I would stay in this area and the hotel again.

Had a great experience staying here! Very clean and I felt safe. Breakfast was good too. The elevator situation is annoying but it wasn’t *that* bad. When it wasn’t peak times (mornings/breakfast) I never waited too long for one. Just plan ahead! Good value hotel

5 stars all the way! A most enjoyable stay.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights (2 rooms) and were delighted with every aspect. The check in was efficient, the breakfast each day was well stocked with varied items and most tasty. We declined daily room service so that we could come and go as we pleased, which was a great option to be offered. All in all, we were very happy with our stay, will stay again and happily recommend to friends.

Location was easy to get to either by Bus or train. Parking lot next to hotel was great. Parked car and left it there for three days and kust used public transportation. 24 hour cafe 2 min walk from hotel. Will stay again.

It had everything that I needed during my stay in the city. It was clean, staff was helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast was pleasant. I also appreciate the staff member that welcomes the guests upon arrival in the breakfast area. It was nice to get a friendly welcome in the morning. I chose for housekeeping service every other day, but they still made sure I had all the supplies every day. I felt very safe and happy. Thank you! Would highly recommend.
