We made reservation at the last minute and when we arrived were upgraded to a suite with 2 bathrooms. It was beautiful. They also had water filling station on floir by elevator so you could take with you before you start out for the day.

I fly every week for work as I work with some of the top artists in the world - both comedy and music. So you can say I have stayed in my share of hotels. None I have felt were quite as bad as experience at this one. Consistent noise such as an HVAC system outside of window, changed rooms and it’s still there. Hard to sleep. Also I’m 6’-0” tall and my feet are literally off the bed when sleeping because it’s too small. When I asked for a refund immediately after booking I was told no they would have to email the manager. No accountability. If you’re interested in a totally lousy experience in NYC then this is your place. Make sure you have plenty to drink because you’ll need it when trying to sleep in the room

Great place to be next to Rockefeller Center and near attractions. Didn’t like that there was no housekeeping, unless we asked for it. Besides that, we enjoyed our short stay

I'm so glad we chose this property. We were in NY to see Broadway shows and this hotel served that purpose well. Just about a 10 minute walk to any show we saw. The area was safe and clean. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and available. Room was nice and clean. TV allowed us to stream from our phones. Shower was hot. Bed & pillows were comfortable. They had a free refillable water station. And we heard no noise at night! Would definitely book again.
