Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The staff are polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent and within easy walking distance of Te Papa, theatres,Parliament and restaurants. The only downside of my stay was an excessive bond($100 per room per day) as I do not have a credit card. This would limit the length of stay at this hotel

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the harbour, shops and Albert Park. We upgraded to a club room and were very glad we did. The room was spacious and well appointed with panoramic views over the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide degree of choice. The icing on the cake was the use of the club room in the early evening for drinks and canapés. The drinks selection was varied and generous. We would certainly stay in this hotel again if returning to Auckland.

Excellent choice for a sleepover. Rooms are very quiet you don’t imagine you are literally inside the airport.

The experience was terrible. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and this time the friendliness of staff at reception through to the restaurants has changed
