Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be out of the condo by 10:00.Wash ALL TOWELS & Dishes & put them away. When you leave the condo please put all used comforters in the hallway in front of the washer. Turn the thermostat To 72
Put all sheets & pillowcases in the washer & start it. Put all decor/furniture back the way it was when you arrived Take all food from the cabinets and fridge. . Take all your trash to the dumpster.
If the linens and comforters weren’t used please keep those beds made. Turn off all the lights. Leave the curtains & window blinds open. Please leave on the wax cube warmers& add a new wax cube

Perfect location

Stayed here for a cheer competition. Perfect location. Owner responded quickly to all my questions. So convenient to be able to run back and forth and not have to sit in the convention center all day. Also had a nice deck to enjoy the weather.

Stayed here for an event at the Convention Center. Perfect location, close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!
