They offer breakfast, a dinner option, and the restaurant inside is wonderful as well. The pool and hot tub were clean, gym was well maintained. Would stay everytime im in cleveland.

The staff at this motel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The gal at the front desk during the day by the name of Crystal is wonderful. A gentleman by the name of Michael is a server in their restaurant. He is amazing. He made breakfast special, which was delicious. The room I must say needed some attention. I couldn’t take my shoes off. The floor and carpet made my socks dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. I do know that housekeeping only has a certain amount of time to clean each room but this isn’t acceptable. The bed was clean and comfortable. We slept well. We are coming back to stay in a few days. I am hoping this was just a fluke.

Beautiful property centrally located and connected to the Tower City center.

The overall look of the property was pleasant. It looked nice until you got into the elevator. Trash in the elevator. The room was barely clean. Very dusty and actual dirt on top of the ice bucket lid. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room just felt so gross. You just didn’t want to walk with bare feet anywhere in that room. It took two trips ( a long way - we were on the 4 th floor) to get a key that would open the door. They had to give us a new room. Here is the positive: The beds were clean and comfortable It was quiet. Good blackout curtains. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles.
