This property is very nice however the rooms are a little run down and in need of some TLC. The elevators were often crowded during certain times which on a couple of occasions made it challenging to get to your room or down to the lobby. Other than that, I would recommend. The pool was lovely and the customer service was top notch. Very friendly waitress and waiter staff in all areas of the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful as well.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if possible. The rooms, hotel common areas and grounds are immaculate. There are so many activities available at no additional cost - so unexpected. But the best part was the customer service. Every employee was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were very impressed.

Seeing so many families with wheelchair users and seeing how easy and how open the property was… I will be bringing my family and my wheelchair dependent grandson on a stay…I saw so many children smile enjoying the pool. I would love to see those smiles on my little ones..

Overall pretty good. Great location. Dated property. We could smell perfumes and hear noises through the air vent in the bathroom. The staff at the reception was visibly upset / not friendly even after I apologized because I did not realize she was free and she had to call me (it was not busy, there was only one other person with whom I was talking).

We have stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress several times and if certainly doesn’t disappoint. The property is well maintained, beautiful aesthetic balancing a tropics and modern vibe, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool. My only critique on the rooms is that the bathroom doors do not lock as they are sliding doors. When traveling with kids, this is something to keep in mind. If you go there, try the Banana Nut Old Fashioned at the Main Bar. It’s phenomenal. The food at the Lakehouse Restaurant was mediocre.

Never again! For the price we paid, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms are way too small, and the bathrooms are even smaller tighter than any I’ve seen in other hotels. The "balcony" is a joke; it looks good in pictures, but in reality, it's barely wide enough to stand on maybe 2 to 12 inches deep. Definitely not functional. The TV guide doesn’t work, so good luck trying to find something to watch. Parking is another disaster extremely overpriced considering how far you have to walk, and the lot is always full. The service didn’t match the price tag either. This place is all about appearances and lacks real quality. I would never stay here again, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel especially for Orlando.

I really like that there was something for everyone to do and there wasn't an extra cost. Staff was great and kept our room clean. Just a beautiful hotel and very quiet and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking.

The only thing that i did not like is that they don’t offer any upgrade to me,i booked 2 rooms and they did not have the 2 rooms together,i had to pay $15 more for one of the rooms in order to have the room in the same level.This is the first time that this happen to me,as Expedia Gold Member.I travel to Mexico,RD,we travel to Spain every year and they always have an upgrade for me in every hotel.

Beautiful property very family oriented, staff were very helpful and friendly. Property had plenty of things to do on property. Close to every park in Orlando and easy to get around. Resort was busy but not overcrowded, pool was nice and clean.
