We have stayed at the Hyatt whenever we visit Orlando. It’s an excellent hotel. Very clean, great staff, all around good experiences. Special shout out to Caesar, the bartender at the pool bar. Great drinks and very personable.

The front desk was friendly, Mark at Four Flamingos was an awesome server. But that’s where it ends. I don’t really have a like for the property. It was a necessity to stay there as I had a conference nearby. I’m really sick and tired of resorts finding extra ways to charge for things like a resort fee and extra fees for parking. There was nothing there that a resort fee would have covered. What I was really disappointed by was the Four Flamingos Restaurant. $300 for 2 people to eat. RUFKM?? And it was sub par food. Yes, I ate there twice, but only because it was close to the room to have a business dinner. IMO, not worth the price I paid to stay there. Highly unlikely I’ll ever be back.

Nos encantó la piscina y sus jardines. La comida y tragos de la piscina estaban muy ricos. Me sorprendió la calidez y el buen trato de los chicos que servían en la piscina, a pesar del inmenso calor, siempre amables y atentos. Ya habiamos ido antes y pensamos regresar.
