Quiet, Safe and Great Service!

This was an amazing stay!! We were staying here after a week at Disney and it continued our amazing vacation. I loved how close it was to Disney and so many other things on the main road. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a sanitation wrap on the blankets and I could tell everything was kept up with very well. The service was great and we were greeted as soon as we arrived on the property. When our room key wasn’t working, they wasted no time in ensuring that we never had a problem with it again. Checkin and check out were extremely easy. I’m always hesitant with hotels because it’s hard for me to feel safe, but the amazing light in the parking lot and the secure lock on the door made me feel so secure. Being right off Irlo Bronson I expected it to be loud, but it was so quiet, you can hardly tell you’re right off a busy road. Definitely will stay again!!!

I arrived early afternoon and the staff would not permit check in until 4pm. I asked for a first floor room - but was told by 2 people at front desk no first floor rooms were available - yet 5 hours later it seems most rooms at 9pm are vacant on both first and second floor. Hotel is ok for the price but not even a coffee maker in room.

The Door lock was faulty, the TV remote was faulty for all 40 or so channels that may or may not have a consistent signal, the floor has sticky spots, we went 5 nights & no housekeeping, the shower changed temperature abruptly, like at home when kids flush toilets, there was no ice/ ice maker, advertised a Heated pool that could not be used, has an inoperable Room safe displayed batt-low and a beautiful black- Moldy bathroom floor mat. Then there were the strange mechanical noises at 2:30am.

"Smoke Free"

the stay was good, the neighbor in room 211 was outside his room smoking on the walkway. and the cigarette smoke was blowing down and at the first-floor rooms. beneath his room.

Disgusting

I soon we got to room we started getting ready to bed and I had to go to change the blankets on the office because they were stained with human fluids( disgusting!!)I tried a few times to call with my phone to the front because the phone the room had it wasn’t working . Was a nightmare for my family. No only that the next day a lady started knocking at the door telling us that we needed to go. No even was the time to check out

Location was good. Target, Walmart, Denny's, shopping all very close. What ai didn't like was ice machine did not work. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. They charge $200 deposit for incidentals, which I questioned, they said for taking things. The bath towels were tiny. There was no bath mat for getting out of shower and possibly slipping. We arrived at 1:30 and they said check in was 3:00, but for $40 we could check in early, serious, 1 1/2 hours. Very UN-welcoming when first thing you see when you walk in room, a stand up note with charges for anything missing. Bed were on meral stands so rolling over in bed was like a tin can.

Excellent customer service! Front desk was kind and helpful. 24 hour front desk is the best. I feel safe overall! Room was clean for the most part except some mold on the ceiling in the shower. But you can’t beat the price. Close to theme parks. Easy, free parking. I will stay again!
