I was very disapppinted when I went to the desk to ask for an additional towel and was told a flat no. (Our room had two women and only two towels. ) I understand placing only two in the rooms but when a guest makes the effort and walks down to the desk to request an extra one, I feel a reputable place would honor that. I’ve never had this experience in all the years I’ve traveled anywhere. Disappointing.

I always love staying here. I believe it is my 5th time this year. The rooms are always super clean, the rates are fantastic, even though it is located right on a busy road there is never enough noise to disturb me.

The room was nice, smelled great, and the beds were comfortable. Check in was smooth. I only gave 4 stars because the hotel rules were a little over the top. I understand rules are important, but having them posted so often made me feel like I was going to forfeit my $200 damage deposit if I touched anything. I did get it back, but after reading so many bad reviews online, I did ask for my room to be inspected before I left the property. I was told, rather rudely, that inspections are not possible while guests are present. I think that is unreasonable . It is a nice place, but it was not relaxing for me.
