The property is outdated, and the rooms do not meet basic standards. Upon arriving on the 5th floor, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a locker room. The room itself was also smelly and lacked proper cleanliness. The walls were dirty, with what appeared to be food residue stuck to them. Additionally, the front desk staff was unfriendly, and I observed the cleaning crew simply hanging out in the lobby instead of attending to their duties. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing.

The ac on our floor was out. The smell was horrendous, smelt of mold. Tried not to breathe as we walked the hallway to the elevator. Thank god my husband and I were just there for the night for an early flight the following morning.

I was checking in late. So I called to notify the front desk that I will be late and to ensure my room was secured. The female that answered did not identify herself. I identified my self as a customer and asked her name,.she responded inaudibley and I couldn't understand her name. She told me that my room was secured and then she hung up the phone before I finished. I think this is very unprofessional. Then, the door handles are reversed and to open the door I have to pull the handle UP which is not standard at other hotels. I even noticed other customers with the same problem.
