I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We arranged for an airport pickup, but it took them over an hour to arrive. During that time, I called multiple times to ask for updates, and to my surprise, they hung up on me instead of providing any help or explanation. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and reliability, and unfortunately, this hotel delivered neither.

The pillows weren't all that great. The website information mentioned that the airport shuttles ran every thirty minutes. The desk told us they ran every 45 minutes. Quite convenient to the airport.

Property was very nice. Excellent value for the money. The only problem we had was that I had requested (and was given) a handicap accessible room, and while it was large enough for a wheelchair to maneuver within the suite, the bathroom was definitely not handicap accessible. The bathroom was far too small for a wheelchair, toilet was too low, no grab bars near the toilet, and the shower was a shower/tub combo, with no seat. The rooms are definitely large enough to accommodate a handicap accessible bathroom, but what we got was definitely not handicap accessible. If you require wheelchair access, make sure you ask if the bathroom is accessible. Ours was not.
