I recently stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando – International Drive. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was ready about ten minutes after we arrived, which was appreciated. When we entered the room, I really liked the bright colors and overall look. However, the room itself was very warm upon arrival. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our comfort during the stay. The shower kept filling up with water in the bathtub area, and there was noticeable mold in the shower. The toilet was extremely loud, and the toilet paper holder appeared to be held on with caulk, which did not feel secure. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the bedding was not warm enough, especially with temperatures dropping to around 26 degrees overnight. Additionally, the bedroom layout made it difficult for our family to easily navigate to the bathroom, which was inconvenient. While the staff was welcoming and check-in was smooth, the room condition and layout issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

This was a fabulous place to stay! It was spacious with a bedroom separated from the den and kitchen, quiet, and a kitchen with all the basic needs, I didn’t need to eat out once. I needed maintenance to fix something, and they were there within a few minutes. Vanessa and all those working the front desk were happy to help me with particular needs and seemed to want to do everything possible to make my stay perfect.
