The property was nice but the rooms have no sound proofing. I actually thought someone was breaking into my room in the middle of the night but realized it was next door. Each day, our rest was broken by the cleaning staff above our heads, in the next room, in the hallway. Otherwise, it was clean and close to the universal parks.

Stayed with my family for spring break, we loved the hotel, the rooms with 3 beds worked really well, it is quieter and smaller than dockside which we really liked, Food options were great and parking was really convenient too. We would recommend and return!

We really enjoyed staying there. Our room met our needs as a family of 5 well. The shuttle to u Universal was very convenient. The cleaning done in our room while we were there (6 days) was very minimal so it felt a bit dirty by the end.

This property was nice because it had made to order food on premise, a shuttle to Universal, a large pool with ample seating and multiple lifeguards, well-maintained grounds, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortably laid out. The shower was a nice design. The room flooring was wood-like but was very dusty. The beds were not comfortable enough for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nice. It's the lowest tier of the Universal resorts so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the higher tier ones but it is still nicely decorated, clean and includes all the basic amenities like a pool, fitness center, gift shop, etc. The little restaurant has some good options and the free shuttle to the parks/ Citywalk plus early park admission makes this an excellent choice for families on a budget. :) Highly recommend!
