Wish the food area was open longer. Loved the hotel staff, all of them was extremely friendly from check in to Starbucks, to store employee, ticket lady. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

This hotel was just ok. No theme or happy vibe about it. There is only one cafe for food and it's terrible. Long queues, very limited options. The rooms couldn't be more basic. Customer service and interaction limited and poor. Beds reasonably comfy though.

This was an ideal property to stay overnight (or longer) to visit universal resort or surrounding areas. The hotel was clean with a good size comfortable room (being shared by 2 adults and 2 teens). We found the check in quick and easy, with prompt access to luggage storage. The hotel provided email updates on when our room became available. The shuttle bus was simple to find and use and all staff were very helpful during our stay. The only downside was not all USB ports were working in our room but this didn’t detract from our stay. Will definitely return.

Looked better in the pictures. Nice staff , options for food . Even deliver pizza to your room. Our A/C unit stopped working and they were immediately up to fix it . I only give it a 3 due to feeling out dated and not a lot of actual storage space in the room.

The hotel is very well managed, the staff is professional and friendly. Housekeeping employees are doing an excellent job at keeping the place clean despite the number of guests. The amenities within the hotel, though a bit pricey are still reasonable. Did not like having to pay $26 additional for parking daily even as a registered guest.
