Pros: Very friendly staff and easy check in. Quiet rooms/great breakfast and poolside bar! Location was great! Easy access to all Universal parks with the shuttle. Easy Uber pickup as well! Clean rooms! Comfortable beds. Cons: the toilet didn't always flush well unless handle is held down longer and the hot water for the shower seemed to take forever unless we started the flow five minutes before we were getting in. Overall, we will stay again when visiting Universal!

The cafe staff is amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk is hit or miss . Everyone else on the property is very hospitable including the lifeguard and Starbucks staff:)

Changing to this accommodation at the very last minute was a brilliant idea. The hotel is sharp and fresh, with decent food options to support. With early admission and shuttle bus to Universal Orlando it is a great option.

For the price, the hotel is good. The customer service was great, and the rooms were clean. While the room finishes are basic, they are functional. A small fridge and microwave were a nice bonus. The hotel is super close to many restaurants, within walking distance. The park shuttle runs frequently, but because it is shared with the Dockside resort, the buses were always very full, with people standing in the middle. This made it seem unsafe. The pool was a good size with plenty of chairs and a poolside bar. If I'm on a budget, I would definitely stay here again.

Super helpful staff. Great lobby (cool decor) and cafeteria. Room was clean and bright. No hassle Shuttle services and easy rideshare pick up and drop off. Pool area was awesome. I've already recommended this hotel to family and friends.
