Ended up loving the place, it started a little rocky

I was a little annoyed that we were told we had to pay extra for a heated hot tub and for a grill but it's in the listing and I completely overlooked that. There were somehow televisions left on and when I spoke with the manager about the livingroom tv not working she tried gaslighting me and implying that I told her ALL of the tvs were on upon our arrival. There were a couple of the bedroom tvs on. Her attitude was less than amusing however the rest of the stay was great! The rooms are so cute with comfy beds and all. Having the pool was wonderful and the resort was super cute as well. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed here for our family vacation and overall our experience was just okay. We travel often and use vacation homes a lot, so we do have a lot to compare to. We mostly liked the location, the community pool area, and that every room had its own bathroom. The cons for us were that the house didn’t feel very clean, the host was not super accommodating (charges for everything), the toilet didn’t work properly in one of the restrooms upstairs, the play area in the garage didn’t cool very well (a bit hot), some linens were dingy and need to be replaced, the lighting is very dim in the home, they could use more lighting at the front of the home so it feels safe when walking in at night, etc…

Getting ahold of the owner was kinda tough, and the property manager couldnt do what needed done without the owners approval. We added a vehicle to our vacation and my family couldnt get in even though the reservation was already quantity specific. Its because we had two cars and i didnt give specifics of the second driver. It took us a few hours to sort it out. Just make sure you specify in your reservation if you have two drivers. Other than that, the beds are extremely firm. Couldnt sleep hardly at all. Had to sleep in a single twin with my son, just to get sleep. On the other hand, other than a few little items, the property was well cared for and overall a nice place. Much like home.

Family vacation

We stayed 8 nights for an off property Disney vacation. The house was wonderful with plenty of space and the Disney theme made it perfect. The high chair came in handy with the baby. The only downside was the living room furniture. There wasn’t near enough seating to accommodate a family and it’s not very comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic!!!!!

Our vacation stay at this home was nothing but spectacular! The Disney themed throughout the house was amazing. This kids love sleeping in the Mickey/Minnie bedrooms. There were adequate rooms to accommodate our family size. We loved the bathrooms within the bedrooms so no one had to share bathrooms…definitely an added plus. The location to Disney was perfect. And having the pool and spa in the back was the icing on the cake. I absolutely loved the home and will return again. Thank you Michael for a beautiful home.

February Disney Vacation

Universal Experience

I'll do a pros and cons section:Pros:#1 Bed we're comfortable pillows were good#2 Plenty of towels and some pool towels were provided which was a nice bonus#3 Billiards was a big hit for my kids#4 pool was great and spa was small but nice. Heated up well and was great afterwalking or at beach#5 decorations were great. Kids loved them#6 location was very good. We were able to miss most traffic at nights coming home from universal which was incredible. 30 minute drive instead of 1.5 hrs due to traffic like we had at previous place and Disney world#7 geckos. Kids loved themCons:#1 con was the directions. Takes you to owners entrance and not guest entrance. #2 was the gate guard station. It took forever to get in and the guard was nice but didn't tell us what to do or how to get in, etc... just kinda had to figure it out by watching others#3 some of the game room (foosball,etc...) were cheap and didn't work well. Pieces were missing and it didn't spin well. The whole table moved. #4 weeds and black mold in pool area, broken toilet when we got there that had to be manually fixed with every flush.

Very disappointing , The light in the downstairs bathroom wasn't working. One of the toilets kept running water all the time. A/C upstairs not working very well. It needs a good cleaning.
