Second stay. Luckily the pool is up and running. Lazy river and lots of chairs. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Readily available parking. Luckily the fridge had an ice making function as the ice machine was out of order. Ramp to the beach needs repaired and is closed. There are about 6 steps down to the beach. Great restaurant across the street and Publix nearby.

They charged me $200 more when i go to the property to check in! It does not say anywhere that they are going to do that. So that was an unexpected charge. I was NOT HAPPY WITH HAVING TO PAY MORE!! The room was the best part it was great, howevwr the pool area is not. Wry nice at all! I was disappointed so much. My kids wanted to stay in the room more than that at the pool and that is not like them AT ALL!

nice place but the hard sell time share pitch just to get a parking permit is ridiculous especially when the one person who is in charge of them are working a family over to tour The Regency there property down A1A in Daytona. The property at this time has limited parking due to the construction on the property but they have made alternate parking arrangements with the restaurant across the street. Nice place otherwise.

I was disappointed the outside pool was not open. And beach access was only at the north tower and we were in the south tower. Not a good scenario for a handicap individual or someone with disabilities.

Overall hotel was acceptable for the price we paid. Full disclosure it is not what I would consider Hilton quality. Service was excellent, room was clean. Carpet in the halls smelled bad and was old. As petty as this may sound our room smelled strongly of a nursing home.

Only reason reviews are lower is they are currently restructuring ramps to beach and undergoing some construction. So some of the areas were uneven. But understand that they will be closing pool as of september to get these areas completed. Beautiful place. Nice friendly staff. And clean and beautiful roo.s

The room was good size. There was a kitchen, bedroom and living room. The room rate was really good. The only thing that was an issue was the staff tried to get us to sign up for a presentation to sell a time share.
