Book Best Western Palo Alto accommodation from NZ$160

There was no WiFi, bug in my room, no microwave in the rooms, had to go lobby each time to microwave. Staff was nice but facilities are not the best.

Nice room with comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery and flowers, and lots of little places to walk or sit. The breakfast in the lobby each morning was very good, with excellent coffee served. I really enjoyed the purified water dispenser to fill my bottle, and the EV chargers are a real bonus too. The little Market on site makes delicious sandwiches. The hotel staff were all very kind and attentive. It was a fabulous stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well lit. The beds were comfortable and the pillows amazingly soft for a hotel. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I think it's an older hotel, so the bathrooms are on the small side. If you have someone with mobility issues, a walker or wheelchair, not sure if the regular bathroom would be a good fit. We struggled a bit with two people in the bathroom at the same time as my mother needs assistance. But that was just a space issue. Everything else was great!

Everything was very satisfactory except for the shower, which had a very low water flow.
