I have been staying here, off and on, for 45 years. The hotel is old and dilapidated. Shower barely works , water supply intermittent, sorry, but it’s a dump now and I will not be coming back until you do a much needed renovation. The rooms need to be gutted, not just recreated and painted. And they stink. Sad. I wish you luck.

One of my favorite hotels on the planet, hands down. Beautiful grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, warm outdoor pool, good food. My family lived right next door for several years and always recommended it to our visiting guests. Now that we’ve relocated out of state, we go out of our way to stay here when we travel back to the Bay Area. Go, swim, feed the ducks and koi. You deserve a break.

Great ambiance at Dinah's Garden Inn in Palo Alto. The room was delightful, clean and well appointed. Staff is lovely. Easy parking. Good menu at the restaurant, hearty breakfast. A stream meanders through the lushly landscaped property with ducks and Koi and encourages visitors to meander too. The artwork is awesome and quirky. A wonderful respite. Dinah's is my #1 choice among the many corporate hotels on ElCamino.

The Monday morning, I had breakfast at the poolside restaurant, wait staff was poorly trained and seemed a bit overwhelmed. The afternoon wait staff that same day was much better. Hats off to Katie! It is clean and relatively quiet. Some morning noise from neighborhood leaf blowers. California tourism taxes are extreme!
