Needs a serious rebuild!

We had 2 rooms, one in each building of the hotel. The rooms were clean, but very old and falling apart. Neither room had a lock on the patio door that worked. One room had a visible gap between the window glass and the frame. Both buildings had visible signs of crumbling structures on their staircases, with one building having the first floor stairs held up with pressure treated 4x4s and 2x4s. Our main air conditioner worked well but sounded like a jet engine and was so loud you couldn’t sit on the patio with it on. No cleaning service was provided even though we were there 4 nights (should have been on provided after the 3rd night). The people were nice and the maintenance crew was seen painting on more than one occasion, but the place is literally falling apart on the outside and needs either a serious remodel or a tear down/rebuild. Parking is tight, but you can park across the street. We won’t be returning.

The pool area could use some updates. Having a few tables/chairs/umbrellas would have been much better. The cushions on the lounge chairs needs to be updated as well. All else was great. I was skeptical of booking, but it turned out to be a nice clean and quite stay.

You can’t expect much for a cheap hotel but this place was nasty, infested with roaches, the parking was horrible, elevators were so slow you you walk to the top faster? Plus they charged a $45 “resort fee”. Never again.

Clean, great view, quick easy access to the beach. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The property was kept clean. Can't beat it for the price. Updates for the units with new floors and no carpet is great. One suggestion for emerald suites: Get new cook wear and cooking utensils. Pan liners were flaking off, spatulas were probably used on the outside grill. Need a small to medium size dining table to sit at. As always thank you for a great stay!

This place felt dingy, most stuff was broken going in, and the elevator was broken. The staff was kind only good part about this hotel. Our room overlooked the ocean which was stunning but it just felt dingy.
