The hotel is a small boutique hotel that is very cozy and inviting. The staff is kind and helpful. My room was clean cozy, but inviting. This is my second stay here and I think it will become a staple for my trips to Paris! The hotel, a charming boutique, exudes warmth and comfort. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds are in a really bad state sadly as well for the pillows. They have massages treatment’s you can use after sleeping and waking up with neck pain and back pain. The shower was not working, one button was broken. When entering the lobby you smell PISS. I have never been in a 5 star hotel like this before. If you expect an experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Overall, the staff were okay. Doing their best helping you.
