This property was dirty. Our first room a roach popped out from behind the drawers, they wouldn’t give us a refund so they changed our room to a second floor. The sheets had stains on them and so did the counter tops. Never coming back here.

It's fine, just that you should always ask for your room to be cleaned, there is only one ice machine on the 5th floor, the rooms are very clean, the lobby, and the breakfast area is also very clean, and the employees are very friendly, they should improve the breakfast since they serve the same thing every day

They need do something about the tv channel because it kept coming in and out. I usually come at least once a month and between the second and fifth floor the tv works great but on the first floor I didn’t like it at all. They are coming a long way with soap too. Staff is always great

Never cleaned the room or brought new towels. When we called the front desk for help, employee hung up. AC was not working in the shared spaces of the hotel. Would not recommend.

When I came down at 3:30 AM, the elevator wasn’t working I had to walk downstairs with my bags and the representative at the Desk Stated that the maintenance department was going to come and attempt to fix it tomorrow! Wow, I feel so sorry for the handicap and the persons with disabilities in that hotel especially the ones with the wheelchairs!
